Contrary to Putin’s claims and empty promises of “the end of the war”, the Chechen Mujahideen have captured large areas. The whole Vedeno region is under Mujahid control.
The Mujahideen now move around in big groups either on foot or riding on horses. The state of their arms have also improved.
In Mahachkla and Johar explosions and attacks of the Mujahideen are on the increase. In Ingusheti, the Russian armies are more under Mujahideen attack than even in Chechnya. But the news blackout is keeping the world in the dark about the developments in these regions.
The Mujahideen are also active in Kabardino-Balkaria. The resistance in Dagestan is as strong as ever. The fighting has not reduced, and the Mujahideen have diversified their activities.
Last week, even the Russian mass media was constrained to publicise the Mujahideen activity in Shamilkala (formerly Makhachkala) where the Dagestan Mujahideen liquidated several hightanking collaborators, destroyed several cars along with Russian stooges, and the gas main in Hasavyurt was sabotaged.
